Growing up, I always dreamed of vacationing in California. It seemed like a place where dreams came true and a destination of utter perfection. I've now been to California many times, and each time I find myself falling in love more and more. 

California is often known for Hollywood movie stars, beautiful beaches, perfect weather, and of course, Disneyland. We have found California to be one of our favorite destinations because of all the kid-friendly vacation spots it provides and it's short flights from Portland, Oregon where we live. We know it will be some place we come back to over and over again. And, as we discover new places, I can't wait to share those with you on this page!
